What I want to do is populate a select box with text values in my database (thus performing an sql query). Is this possible and if yes how am I suppose to do it?

like the guy before. i'm curious to see if its possible to make a SQL QUERY with form like SEARCH in Data and show result for example ?

i've downloaded an old 4me version (Forme v1.0.0 + langue française)

I'm ok to update to the commercial license but i want if i can make a form for adding some data in MSQL database and also create a seach form.
