com_forme1.0.1 database records and export 2007/05/09 14:01 Karma: 1
first bug - only first ID's data of a form is recorded to the DB - see attachment.

second - looks like export fails to function in a proper way. Though I open a file, contents a corrupted and incomplete - possibly result of the first bug. [img size=1254]http://www.pimpmyjoomla.com/components/com_fireboard/uploaded/images/ incomplete_db_record.jpg[/img]

Hm this bug is strange. It works here with the default form. Could you please try the default populate form, and see if it works? so we can have a startpoint on this bug..

All bugs are strange - it's a nature of a bug

OK, here's a result with default form - see attachment [img size=1253]http://www.pimpmyjoomla.com/components/com_fireboard/uploaded/images/db_record.jpg[/img]

I've tried forme 1.0.1 on another joomla installation / different server. The same bug with database records (via default sample form) - only first fields' data is recorded / shows up in /com_forme/listdata.

why?

Hello. I am building the backup/restore function now, so maybe you can send me your backup, and i can test it to see what may be the problem. I am suspecting something related to your locale settings, but i have to check..

Hi.
What backup do you mean?
I think there's some other reason, because the old version of forme didn't have this kind of problem.

hm, this error is making me sweat cold.. on my local it's working perfectly. I tried it on remote, and the same thing. All i can think of is your translation file... could you send me that too, so i can test it?

The trick is that I don't use translation on this site! It's clean forme install. So this is definitely not due to faulty translation.

I have to admit, that previous version of forme is working perfectly on the other server, even with lithuanian translation uploaded. So all these things together are pointing to new version of forme as a source of an error.

here, translation file attached. But I'm sure it has nothing to do with this problem.

one more thing - all data entered to corresponding fields is delivered with notification email, but not reflected in com_forme/listdata.

And page source is looking like this:

Code:

 <tr class="row0">                         <td><input type="checkbox" id="cb0" name="rcid[]" value="1" onclick="isChecked(this.checked);" /></td>                         <td>213.164.108.82</td>                         <td>2007-05-10 12:44:00</td>                         <td>hmmm</td><td>&nbsp;</td><td>&nbsp;</td><td>&nbsp;</td>                        <td><a href="javascript: void(0);" onclick="return listItemTask('cb0','deldata')"><img src="images/publish_x.png" width="12" height="12" border="0" alt="Delete" /></a></td>                     </tr>
