Thank you very much for your code, I tried a lot of form solutions, I was working on a solution between hacking a component, or try a form with OpenOffice.org and a set of php files.
I found "Forme" and it's a very good work !

Yes thank you very much for this great component, i was using and tried others before but forme is by far more straight forward and therefore faster to get a form going. then you're just left to tweak the lay out if you want to, but at least it's working right away.
but a "copy" button to copy forms or fields would be a great tool

This is something I also would need, the ability to copy whole forms and form fields! Great idea...

Yes, hopefully this will be added soon. We make about 5 forms a day with subtle changes between them, this would increase productivity immensely as we could just make a copy of the fields, or hopefully the whole form, and then make the few changes we need instead of recreating the entire thing.
